A CPA Firm Built Around the Business of Therapy
Grad school taught you how to help clients, not how to run a business. You shouldn't have to become an accountant to have a healthy practice. Here's how we work.
You Talk to a CPA by Name
Your questions go to a licensed CPA who knows your practice and its history. Every answer is written for your situation, in clear, everyday language.
Books, Payroll, and Tax Under One Roof
The same firm that keeps your books each month also prepares and signs your tax returns. Nothing gets lost between providers, and you never have to explain your practice twice.
Planning That Happens Before December
Decisions about S corps, your salary, and quarterly taxes are made during the year, while there's still time to act on them, not in a scramble at tax time.
How We Help Therapists
Every package includes your bookkeeping, your tax returns, and a CPA you can reach. Here's where therapists usually need us most.
S Corps for Therapists
Find out whether an S corporation would lower your taxes, and get it set up correctly if it will.

How It Works
Getting started takes three steps. After that, your practice runs on a steady monthly rhythm.
Free Discovery Call
On a 20-minute call, we talk about how you're paid, how your practice is set up, and what's worrying you about taxes. You'll leave with a clear sense of where you stand, whether or not you hire us.
Onboarding, Done for You
We connect your bank, your payment platforms, and payroll, and we set up your secure client portal. Most practices are fully onboarded within two to three weeks after we receive your documents and account access. If earlier months need catching up, we quote that separately.
Your Monthly Rhythm
Your books are closed and reviewed each month, payroll is checked, quarterly estimates arrive with a due date, and we meet to plan before year-end. By tax season, there are no surprises.

Questions Therapists Ask Us
What About Client Confidentiality and HIPAA?
We never need client names, session notes, or any protected health information to do your books or your taxes. Your books need only deposit amounts and payers, not who you treat. Documents move through an encrypted client portal, and our written information security plan follows the FTC Safeguards Rule that applies to tax return preparers.
Do I Have to Switch Bookkeeping Software?
Your EHR, such as SimplePractice or TherapyNotes, stays exactly as it is. For bookkeeping, we work in QuickBooks Online and Xero, and we'll move your books over during onboarding if needed. The software subscription isn't included in our package prices.
I'm Just Starting My Private Practice. Is It Too Early?
Our monthly packages are built for practices bringing in $100,000 or more a year. If you expect to reach that in your first full year, we can start with you right away. If not, our one-time services, like a personal tax return or a tax planning session, give you a CPA's help until you get there.
I Still Have a W-2 Job. Can You Help with My Side Practice?
Yes. We plan your estimated taxes around both, so the withholding from your job and your practice income work together instead of leaving you with a surprise bill.
